This lovely self contained studio apartment is exceptionally spacious with a comfortable lounge which is furnished to a very high standard.  There is a divan which can be used as a second sofa and the bedroom can be closed off during the daytime.  The lounge has a study area complete with desk and well stocked book shelves for your enjoyment, the studio has the following to offer:-

Lounge:         Very comfortably furnished with Satellite TV, CD/Radio, with direct access to patio area.   

Kitchen:        Fully equipped new kitchen with hob/oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Dining:          The dining area has circular seating for four. 

Bed:               There is a deep alcove sleeping area with an extra large double bed and two built in wardrobes.

Bathroom:    A very attractive good size full bathroom.

Patio:            Full patio furniture for ‘Al Fresco’ dining.    

Pool:             Relax around the swimming pool (only shared by three other properties).

Amenities: 

This apartment is right in the heart of everything, totally peaceful and well cared for.  The terrace is surrounded by lovely gardens, shaded and lined with pines and jacaranda.

The area is quiet and residential but has shops, bars and restaurants all within the immediate vicinity and the beach is about a ten minute walk.

There is fishing, swimming, tennis, go carting, horse-riding, walks and several good gyms in the area, and for golfers there are several excellent courses to choose from.  You will find In Fuengirola and Marbella excellent cinemas also. 

There are two weekly markets within a five minute drive at La Cala on a Wednesday and Saturday.

Buses run regularly along the coast, fares are very reasonable as is the train from Fuengirola to Malaga. 

During the year there are many fiestas and they are well worth seeing or visit one of the many local attractions.   

This is an ideal holiday location, ideal for couples, or a couple with teenager or even as a solo holidaymaker.

Sorry smoking is not permitted in this apartment, although you may smoke on the terrace.
