This beautiful  2 bedroom 2 bathroom lower-floor apartment (please note there are steps to access this apartment) is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens with nice community swimming pool at the top of Calahonda, and is luxuriously furnished, the lounge has English TV, DVD player and music system , there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom, it has air-conditioning in the lounge & master bedroom, the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, full oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, the large terrace is furnished with patio table, chairs and sunloungers and has magnificent views of the Mediterranean.

Local supermarket, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away, the main shopping area, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute drive, a local road train runs every half hour in summer, travel cot and high-chair available free of charge on request

This apartment is in the same building as Mediterraneo KJ 2 bedroom  penthouse and would be ideal for 2 families holidaying together,

This part of Calahonda is quite hilly and would not be suitable for disabled or infirm guests.

Bed linen and bath towels provided.

Sorry smoking is not permitted in this apartment, although you may smoke on the terrace.
