The Balcon de Europe Fabulous Golf Courses Lake Vinuela
Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll.
The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europe' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining.
For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours.
There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants.
Places to Visit
LAKE VINUELA
Lake Vinuela is 15 minutes inland from the coast where you will find numerous tracks around the lake for walking and cycling, (bicycles can be hired in Vinuela village). Fishing is also possible on the lake.
TORRE del MAR
A cosmopolitan town on the seafront with many shops and restaurants.
VELEZ-MALAGA
Visit the water park , shops and restaurants.
CAVES OF NERJA - MARO
Visit "The Caves" complete with floodlit stalactites, stalagmites and magnificent rock formations.
LA HERRADURA
Why not have a day out at the Marina del Este, have a spot of lunch and just relax!
FRIGILIANA
Visit the white washed 15th century village.
