This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment is positioned at the top of Calahonda with fabulous views of the Mediterranean.  It is tastefully furnished with a comfortable 'L' shaped leather sofa and everything that you should require to enjoy your holiday.  The apartment comprises the following;

Air Conditioning:   In all rooms except kitchen.

Lounge:                  Comfortably furnished with Satellite TV, DVD player and music system. 

Dining Area:           Complete dining for 6 persons.

Kitchen:                  Furnished with hob/oven, microwave, dish-washer, fridge-freezer and washing-machine.

Bedroom 1.            Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2:            Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes (sharing a family bathroom).

Bedroom 3:            Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes (sharing a family bathroom).

Terrace:                  Direct access from Lounge and two bedrooms, complete with patio furniture/sun loungers.

Amenities:

Within a few minutes walk you will find a local supermarket, bar/restaurants.  It is a 5 minute drive to the main shopping area "El Zoco" and the "The Strip" where you will find lots more restaurants/bars and entertainment. 

The Beach is a five minute drive away or you could use the local "Road Train" which runs every half hour in the summer.

Whether you want to lie on the beach, shop till you drop - or even in the winter head off skiing - you couldn't pick a better location.  Plus with 300 days' sunshine a year it's the perfect place to go golfing!

Bed linen and bath towels provided.

Sorry smoking is not permitted in this apartment, although you may smoke on the terrace.
