This lovely ground floor fully air conditioned apartment is set in beautiful sub-tropical gardens in the prettiest and most peaceful part of Calahonda and has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom  with additional guest shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, combined convection oven and microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and all cookware, utensils, cutlery and crockery. The apartment has a spacious and bright lounge-diner with comfortable leather sofa and reclining armchairs, open fireplace, music system,  english T.V. and DVD player.

There is a large sunny terrace with comfortable patio furniture, this terrace has beautiful garden views and the community swimming pool is just a 30 second stroll away, it is a 10 minute walk to main shopping areas, restaurants and beach, Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Bed linen and bath towels provided.

Sorry smoking is not permitted in this apartment, although you may  smoke on the terrace.
