This luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lower-floor apartment (please note there are steps to access this apartment) is set in lovely sub-tropical gardens, with a large free-form community swimming pool, and is situated in the top part of Calahonda overlooking the Mediterranean, with magnificent views of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa .

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms that share a further guest bathroom with bath and shower, there is air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer.

 The lounge has comfortable sofas, English T.V. DVD and video and has direct access to a large terrace with patio furniture.  Local supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by, it is a 5 minute drive to main shopping area, restaurants and beach, a local road train runs every half hour in summer.

This apartment is in the same building as Mediterraneo KV penthouse and Mediterraneo JP 2 bedroom and would be ideal for 2 or 3 families holidaying together.

This part of Calahonda is quite hilly and would not be suitable for disabled or infirm guests.

Bed linen and bath towels provided.
