Gibraltar
Gibraltar
is just over an hours drive away, from the heights of Gibraltar, at nearly
430 mtrs there are exceptional views of North Africa and the Spanish
coast. Although the Rock
covers only 6.5 km, there are plenty of places to visit.
St Michaels Cave, The famous Rock Apes, and a breathtaking ride to
the top by cable car, plus Tax free shopping on Main Street, with plenty of
places to eat.

Marbella
Marbella´s
old town is a warren of narrow streets and alleys where you will find
numerous places to stop for a drink and watch the world go by, Plaza de
Naranjos. (Orange Square) being the centre of the old towns life, west of
Marbella lies the exclusive Puerto Banus with its famous marina where you
can see the yachts of the rich and famous, Antonio
Banderas has a yacht here.

Granada
The
city of Granada, a two-hour drive away, was the capital of the last Moslem
kingdom in Spain. Visit the impressive Alhambra Palace with its ancient
aqueducts that take the melting snow from the Sierra Nevada and channel
the waters into the lovely gardens and palaces.

Ronda
The town is set high in the
mountains with “The Puente Nuevo” a bridge that spans a 400 ft gorge
linking the modern part of the town with the ancient Moorish city,
a breathtaking place to visit, with plenty of places to eat. |
Benalmadena
Benalmadena
with its award winning Puerto Marina has berths for almost 1000 boats and
is flanked by trendy bars and excellent restaurants, the port is very
modern and stylish and on Sundays and in the summer it is packed (the
place to be).
